HumRRO is pleased to announce it has won a five-year contract with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to provide assessment development and validation, organizational health consultation, and other general advisory services.

The mission of the CBP is “to protect the American people, safeguard our borders, and enhance the nation’s economic prosperity.” To help build and sustain a workforce to achieve this mission, Personnel Research and Assessment Division (PRAD) establishes and implements best practices in assessment, evaluation, and organizational development. PRAD has selected HumRRO to assist in all aspects of this important work.

The HumRRO team has over 70 years of experience improving organizational performance and is experienced in developing, implementing, and demonstrating the validity of all types of employment assessments for a variety of organizations, including federal law enforcement agencies. HumRRO is also highly experienced in examining factors that affect employee motivation, workplace stress, recruitment, and retention. Finally, HumRRO is well accustomed to managing large-scale, high-stakes projects, including multi-pronged contracts.

Under this contract, HumRRO will provide technical and professional expertise to support the following activities:
