Online surveys offer the most efficient means of data collection when members of the target population are accessible through this medium and current contact information is available. HumRRO has a proprietary online survey development platform that allows us to customize surveys to meet the needs of our clients in a cost-effective and efficient manner. The system is highly flexible and allows a wide range of question types and response modes.
We also have long-term working relationships with firms that provide services related to mail and phone surveys (e.g., printing, mailing, phone centers). During the survey field period, we work closely with our clients to determine the frequency and timing of reminders sent to nonrespondents to ensure the highest return rate possible.
