Business Development Director, Education
Dr. Tracey Hembry brings a unique and highly valued blend of psychometric expertise and proven business development leadership across K-12 assessment, professional credentialing, and certification. In her role as BD Director, Dr. Hembry identifies and evaluates opportunities, builds partnerships, and supports the growth of HumRRO’s education portfolio. Her background includes extensive operational experience with large-scale assessment programs, expertise in standard setting, and a track record of helping stakeholders from early design decisions through implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement. Most recently, she served as Director, Senior Measurement Advisors at Pearson, and she previously held multiple leadership roles at Alpine Testing Solutions, Inc.
Dr. Hembry has served as a Technical Advisory Committee member for multiple assessment programs, including those for the Tennessee Department of Education and Edmentum, and has more than a decade of experience as a peer reviewer for the U.S. Department of Education. She is an active contributor to the profession and has delivered numerous presentations at national conferences and professional forums on assessment policy, automation and AI in testing, rating quality, test administration, and effective communication of results for varied education stakeholders. She earned her Ph.D. and M.A. in Educational Measurement and Statistics from the University of Iowa and a B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University.
