HumRRO is excited to connect with our colleagues at the 41st Annual Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Conference, taking place April 29–May 2, 2026, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.

As part of HumRRO’s ongoing commitment to advancing science and the profession, more than 40 HumRRO researchers will contribute to a robust lineup of 32 symposia, panel discussions, concurrent sessions, and poster sessions at SIOP this year. HumRRO experts will share applied, evidence-based insights across key topic areas, including:

  • Artificial intelligence and machine learning in assessment and people analytics, including the responsible use of LLMs
  • Innovations in selection, assessment centers, and situational judgment tests
  • Workforce reskilling, safety, and public-sector assessment challenges
  • Validity, measurement, and theory at the intersection of technology and practice
  • Leadership, coaching, and organizational decision-making in dynamic contexts

For detailed information on our presentations, see the HumRRO at SIOP 2026 Daily Schedule on our website.
