Senior Staff Scientist
Yvette M. Nemeth, Ph.D., is a Senior Staff Scientist in HumRRO’s Validity Investigations for Education and the Workplace (VIEW) program. She has expertise in evaluation and assessment in educational and organizational settings. Her experience in both settings includes the management of large data files, close coordination of clients, and flexibility in schedule. Dr. Nemeth has more than 12 years of experience leading third-party replication efforts for calibrating, scaling, and equating of high-stakes large-scale assessments for states. She is currently the project manager in Florida and Minnesota and has also worked with Departments of Education in Kentucky, Michigan, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Utah conducting scaling and equating of regular, alternate, and ELL school assessments. Dr. Nemeth received a Ph.D. in Applied Psychology, with an emphasis in measurement and individual differences, from the University of Georgia.
