Contracts
Chandra Harris is HumRRO’s Director of Contracts and is responsible for providing contractual management and support from the project proposal phase to close-out. She directs and oversees all contract administration, ensuring contract terms and conditions align with objectives and reduce exposure for the organization. She has oversight of all compliance requirements and activities across HumRRO. She directs and oversees the bid and proposal process and pricing strategy for the organization. She has over 20 years of experience in strategic contracts management, human resources, and program administration. She has worked in both government consulting and commercial firms specializing in human resources, banking, finance, and contract management. She holds both the Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) and Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) designations from NCMA.
