Senior Scientist
Brenda Ellis, Ph.D., is a Senior Scientist specializing in assessment research and analysis. She works in assessment development and validation projects for the government and in the private sector, as well as alignment studies and quality assurance for educational testing. Dr. Ellis has a wide range of applied experience including data analyses and analysis database development, leading workshops and focus groups with SMEs to develop job knowledge tests, developing and validating personality assessments, data collection for the U.S. military, conducting job analyses, working on quality assurance for educational test scoring and departments of education reporting metrics, and developing certification tests.
