Research Scientist
Samantha (Sam) Elliott, Ph.D., is a Research Scientist at HumRRO. Dr. Elliott finished her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a minor in Applied Statistics at the University of Oklahoma in 2021. Throughout graduate school and during her fellowship at the Army Research Institute, her research focused on leader development and innovation. At HumRRO, Dr. Elliott’s work focuses on organizational selection, assessment, and credentialing projects, with an emphasis on large scale, nationally administered tests. Beyond her project and research background, Sam has extensive presentation and publication experience. She has given over 25 research and lecture presentations and has published 20 peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, and technical reports.
