Senior Scientist
Nathaniel (Nate) Voss, Ph.D., is a Senior Scientist with over 5 years of experience leading applied research projects that aim to help workers and public/private sector organizations be more successful. His expertise includes survey research methods (particularly in mitigating, addressing, and measuring careless responding), psychometrics, machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), personnel selection, and job analysis. Dr. Voss is also actively involved within the Industrial-Organizational (I-O) psychology community and is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Business and Psychology, the Chair of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Visibility Committee, and a member of the Personnel Testing Council of Metropolitan Washington (PTCMW). In addition, he has over 40 scientific publications, conference presentations, and invited talks to his name. He received his Ph.D. in I-O Psychology from Kansas State University.
