Genevieve Ainslie, Ph.D., is a Principal Scientist at HumRRO specializing in the design, implementation, and optimization of large-scale, high-stakes testing programs and selection systems. Over the past decade, Dr. Ainslie has partnered with government agencies, credentialing organizations, and professional associations to conduct and implement rigorous research that advances their testing programs and operational excellence. Her expertise encompasses the full lifecycle of complex testing initiatives—from strategic design through statistical validation and operational implementation—leveraging innovative technologies and evidence-based practice to address the most demanding assessment challenges. Dr. Ainslie’s technical proficiency spans diverse assessment modalities including situational judgment tests, job knowledge assessments, virtual role plays, and emerging AI-enabled systems, while employing sophisticated solutions such as rich-media platforms, advanced psychometric methodologies, and automated test assembly.

An active member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the Personnel Testing Council of Metropolitan Washington (PTCMW), Dr. Ainslie holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with a focus in quantitative methods, from the University of Oklahoma. She has also served as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University. Dr. Ainslie is the 2026 recipient of the SIOP Distinguished Early Career Contributions – Practice Award.
