Jeffrey Dahlke, Ph.D., is a Research Scientist in HumRRO’s Personnel Selection and Development (PSD) program. His areas of expertise include selection-system evaluation (e.g., analyses of validity, adverse impact, and predictive bias), psychological measurement, and data analytics. Dr. Dahlke’s technical activities include conducting psychometric analyses for high-stakes assessments, training machine learning models, and applying natural language processing methodologies. Dr. Dahlke is adept at programming in the R statistical language and has produced open-source packages for psychometric meta-analysis and hierarchical linear modeling. He currently conducts psychometric and statistical analyses for several large-scale government and private-sector assessment programs.
