Alexandria, Virginia<\/em> (December 2, 2025) <\/strong>\u2014The Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO<\/a>) proudly announces it has been selected as a winner of the 2025 Amazon Web Services (AWS) Imagine Grant, a public grant opportunity open to registered charities in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, United States, and Canada and registered 501(c) nonprofit organizations in the United States who are using technology to solve the world\u2019s most pressing challenges.<\/p>\n The grant will support HumRRO\u2019s efforts to transform workplace skills evaluation through an\u00a0AI-powered assessment platform built on Amazon Bedrock. Using realistic simulations, this technology aims to deliver sophisticated and scientifically rigorous skill assessments at a fraction of traditional costs. This breakthrough will make high-quality employee evaluation accessible to organizations of all sizes, replacing outdated methods with engaging, scalable solutions.<\/p>\n HumRRO was named a winner in the Go Further, Faster <\/em>category which recognizes highly innovative projects using advanced cloud services. HumRRO will receive up to $150,000 in unrestricted funding, up to $100,000 in AWS Credits, and support from AWS technical specialists.
