Courey is an I-O doctoral candidate at Rice University, working toward completing her dissertation, \u201cCommunicating Statistical Uncertainty to Organizations: Comparing Bayesian and Frequentist Statistics,\u201d in May 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Since 1998, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humrro.org\/corpsite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/HumRRO_Fellowship_I-O_Handout_040124.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HumRRO Fellowship in I-O Psychology<\/a> has been one of the most prestigious awards in the field of I-O psychology and has made a significant impact on the recipients and their research.
