Alexandria, Virginia<\/a> \u2014 The Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) is honored to be recognized by The Washington Post<\/em> as a 2021 Top Workplace in the Washington, D.C., area, for the second time in as many years. HumRRO is an industry leader offering a science-based approach to solving problems in human capital management, education research and assessment, credentialing, talent analytics, and evaluation.<\/p>\n

Based on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey by research firm Energage LLC, the Top Workplaces list highlights the area\u2019s top 200 government contractors, law firms, nonprofits, schools, and businesses. The survey measures several aspects of engagement, including leadership, opportunity, and values alignment. Post-survey follow-up questions centered around how organizations overcame specific challenges related to the Covid-19 pandemic and mental health.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow in its eighth year, The Post\u2019s Top Workplaces list continues to highlight the companies in the Washington area that are leaders in company satisfaction and engagement,\u201d said Washington Post<\/em> Top Workplaces editor Dion Haynes. \u201cThroughout the past 15 months, these companies have had to make quick decisions in order to keep their employees safe while also balancing productivity and efficiency, and their employees have taken note of this great work.\u201d<\/p>\n
