In each project, we partner with our clients to design and implement programs that reflect their unique culture, mission, and values.<\/p>\n<p><em>Some examples include:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Feedback facilitation<\/strong>\u00a0to leaders participating in the Office of Personnel Management\u2019s\u00a0<em>Leadership 360\u2122<\/em>program. Our staff help participants understand their pattern of results, and then use those insights to craft actionable developmental goals.<\/li>\n<li>Full suite of\u00a0<strong>Coaching services<\/strong>\u00a0for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). We provided personal one-on-one coaching, matched coaches with clients, recommended assessment tools, tracked the coaching engagements and provided status reports to ODNI, and addressed any challenges or problems that arose.<\/li>\n<li>Content for 40 hours of\u00a0<strong>supervisory skills training<\/strong>\u00a0for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR).<\/li>\n<li>Modular\u00a0<strong>developmental toolkit<\/strong>\u00a0associated with ODNI\u2019s\u00a0<em>Intelligence Community 360<\/em>\u00a0program consisting of resources that helped program participants interpret their feedback, set developmental goals, and initiate a coaching engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"parent":85,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-2025","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Leadership Development &amp;
