Teacher and Leader Evaluation
We apply our first-hand knowledge and experience when conducting classroom observations to evaluate various school programs and when interviewing teachers and principals to develop examples of teacher practices to anchor performance ratings. Our expertise in Industrial/Organizational Psychology allows us to work with educational stakeholders to develop assessments that distinguish performance from effectiveness. We conduct consequential validity investigations, examine relations between teacher performance and student achievement, and investigate convergent validity among components of the system.
