Research Scientist
Alyssa Marshall, Ph.D., is a Research Scientist in HumRRO’s Talent Assessment and Analytics Program (TAAP). Her research and experience focus on personnel selection, assessment, and development. She is skilled in research methodology, data analysis, and psychometric evaluation. Her technical activities include developing personnel tests including situational judgment tests, knowledge tests, and personality assessments; developing structured interview content; conducting validation analyses of personnel assessments; and data programming and analysis to support a range of projects and clients. In education, Marshall is experienced in the development and validation of tests and assessments. She received her doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University.
