HumRRO developed the Joint Services Cyber Test to measure military applicants’ basic information technology literacy (e.g., network configuration and maintenance; computer operations; system security; offensive methods; software programming and web development). First piloted in 2008, the test currently is being administered to military applicants. HumRRO continues to support the Joint Services in evaluating the test’s value in qualifying entry-level cyber warriors and implementing changes to enhance the test’s effectiveness.
