HumRRO, as part of a team led by PDRI that also includes IBM and Booz Allen Hamilton, was recently awarded a project to support the hiring and retention of the next generation of cyber professionals in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As cybersecurity continues to increase in importance to our national defense, the need for qualified cyber professionals also continues to rise. However, there are significant talent management difficulties when it comes to hiring and retaining such individuals, such as the demand for talent outpacing supply. HumRRO will bring a deep understanding of cyber job requirements, and how to recruit and select talent for those jobs, to the project team, in addition to its long history of providing innovative hiring solutions to clients.
