Data analytics aren’t just for big data situations. In fact, just about any organization can take advantage of approaches to analyzing business data to help them make effective corporate decisions. Dr. Dan Putka will debunk common myths surrounding the use of big data analytic methods in his keynote address at the 12th annual Leading Edge Consortium. His address, entitled “Talent Analytics: Data Science to Drive People Decisions and Business Impact,” Dan will explain how such methods are relevant for smaller data sets and that they do hold theoretical value.
