Workforce and Educational Assessment Division (WEAD)
HumRRO's Workforce and Educational Assessment Division (WEAD) consists of a multidisciplinary group of psychologists, psychometricians, educational researchers, and database management experts. The work performed in this division involves the application of psychological and measurement principles and practice to the research, development, validation and evaluation of operational assessment systems. WEAD professionals are involved in a variety of projects, including efforts in the areas of job analysis and competency modeling; selection, promotion and performance management systems; certification testing; test validation; item alignment; test equating; psychometric validation; and program evaluation. Our clients include organizations from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, as well as educational and military institutions.
