Biography/Blurb

Thisie Schisler-Do is a Research Associate in HumRRO's Educational Policy Impact Center. Her projects include working on an external evaluation of the California High School Exit Examination for the California Department of Education, and evaluating the quality assurance processes of the National Assessment of Educational Progress for National Center for Education Statistics. She has four years of experience, researching topics in the fields of education, sociology, and psychology. Mrs. Schisler-Do is proficient in both quantitative and qualitative analysis, and her experiences include conducting interviews and focus groups, survey design, primary and secondary data analyses (descriptives, general linear modeling, hierarchical linear modeling, structural equation modeling), coding, and program evaluation. Mrs. Schisler-Do obtained a Master of Science in Educational Policy from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science in International Studies with a minor in Economics from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
