Dr. Thomas Kiger is a Research Scientist in the Personnel Selection & Development Program at Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO). His primary research interests involve issues related to selection in occupational and educational arenas. Specific areas of expertise include response distortion in personality testing and issues of fairness and bias for selection measures. His responsibilities at HumRRO include work on various projects involving job analysis, development of measurement instruments, statistical analyses as well as writing proposals for funding of future work. Dr. Kiger’s professional training includes an undergraduate degree in Psychology from St. Olaf College, and a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
