Biography/Blurb

Dr. Matthew Trippe has a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. His research interests and experience lie in measurement, validation and personnel selection. Dr. Trippe has six years of experience in the application of advanced quantitative methods (e.g. Covariance Structure Analysis, Item Response Theory, Hierarchical Linear Modeling) in academic, educational and organizational settings. In his role as a research scientist with the Human Resources Research Organization, Dr. Trippe works on test development and validation projects in both the public and private sector. Dr. Trippe has worked on projects for the U.S. Army and Air Force, as well as numerous state departments of education.
