Biography/Blurb

Dr. C. Mazie Knerr has managed and conducted all aspects of project organization and execution since 1967. Her areas of specialization include distributed training simulation, individual and military unit training, distance learning and educational technology, individualized instruction, cost and training effectiveness analysis, human performance modeling, industrial and personnel psychology, training data bases, statistical analysis, and field experimentation management. She has a doctorate in Industrial and Quantitative Psychology from the University of Maryland.
