Biography/Blurb

Dr. Karen O. Moriarty has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida. She has worked on a variety of projects, primarily in the areas of job analysis and instrument development and validation. She has developed computer-based multiple-choice tests for several projects and has taken the lead in managing collection of pilot-test data from hundreds of Army enlisted personnel in a wide variety of locations. She has also developed assessment center exercises. Dr. Moriarty has expertise in the arena of educational research, starting before she joined HumRRO in 2003, and including work with the National Institute for Literacy.
