Biography/Blurb

Dr. Gavan O'Shea, offers expertise in test development, evaluation and research design, validation, and leadership development. In addition, Dr. O'Shea has conducted several large-scale job analysis and competency modeling efforts across a variety of different occupations. Dr. O'Shea has considerable experience in analyzing data, managing databases, and writing technical reports. He routinely presents his work at professional conferences, and has published journal articles and book chapters on topics such as leadership, organizational commitment, and teamwork. Dr. O'Shea holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
