Chad Peddie is a Research Associate in HumRRO’s Personnel Selection and Development Program. He graduated with both a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology from George Mason University. Mr. Peddie’s areas of expertise include non-cognitive assessment, database management and statistical analysis. He has employed a diverse set of research methodologies (e.g., interviews, focus groups, surveys, experience sampling, repeated measures) and statistical procedures (e.g. regression, meta-analysis, mixed-modeling) in investigating questions of interest to military and civilian federal organizations, science, and society. Through research, Mr. Peddie has developed proficiency with a variety of computer programs and statistical packages, including Excel, LISREL, SPSS, M+, HML, and Minitab.
