Since 1951, HumRRO’s mission has been to provide state-of-the-art answers to the pressing challenges facing organizations and educational institutions. One ongoing means by which HumRRO supports this mission is through our Internal Research and Development Program (IR&D).

The Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) was founded in 1951 by Dr. Me

The Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) was founded in 1951 by Dr. Meredith P. Crawford. We were initially a research and development (R&D) center located on the campus of The George Washington University in Washington, DC and funded by the Department of the Army. HumRRO moved its headquarters to the Old Town area of Alexandria, Virginia in 1963, and in 1969 became an independent nonprofit corporation chartered in the District of Columbia.
