Matthew Fleisher, a Research Scientist in Personnel Selection Development, won the Best Paper Award for the 2010 Southern Management Association (SMA) Management History / Management Education (MH/ME) Track. Matt will present the paper, "Varieties of research experience: Doctoral student perceptions of preparedness for future success" at SMA in October at St. Pete Beach, FL.
