Training is as essential to the Federal government today as it has
ever been and plays a key role in developing and enhancing the human
capital that agencies need to fulfill their missions and strategic
objectives. Over HumRRO's 50-year history, our personnel have been
involved in publishing one of the early statements of the
Instructional Systems Development (ISD) concept, foundation research in
the setting of instructional objectives, and the implementation of
computer-based training. We continue to develop customized training
solutions for clients using the ISD approach. Building on our ISD
capabilities is a key aspect of our future success, and we continue
to diligently monitor and contribute to emerging methodologies and
technologies.
