Personnel Selection and Development Program (PSDP)
The mission of the Personnel Selection and Development Program is to:
- apply psychological principles and practice to the research, development, and validation of operational assessment systems;
- conduct occupational analyses in support of personnel programs such as selection, training, career development, and succession planning; and
- consult on implementation issues such as the interpretation and use of assessment results and the legal defensibility of personnel practices.
