Organizational Performance & Survey Research Division
HumRRO's Organizational Performance and Survey Research Division (OPSRD) consists of a multidisciplinary group of psychologists, human resource professionals, training experts, survey specialists, and web developers/programmers.
The OPSRD professionals help organizations develop and evaluate the strategies, processes, and programs needed to improve organizational performance. OPSRD efforts include: development of human capital strategies and metrics; workforce and competency gap analyses; and the development and implementation of human capital plans, including assessment systems and training, coaching and feedback, career development systems.
OPSRD training services focus on needs analysis, instructional systems design and curriculum development based on adult learning theory, evaluation (including return-on-investment), interactive multimedia development and tools integration. In addition, OPSRD has an extensive survey research capability that includes a nationwide network of in-person data collectors, as well as computer-assisted and web-enabled data collection technologies.
