HumRRO's Organizational Performance and Survey Research Division (OPSRD) consists of a multidisciplinary group of psychologists, educational researchers, and database management experts. The OPSRD professionals assist organizations with human performance challenges resulting from numerous forces for change, such as technological advances, reengineering, new organizational missions and structures, workforce demographics, and labor market conditions. Our staff performs a variety of projects, including efforts in the areas of job analysis and competency modeling; development of selection, promotion, performance appraisal, career development, and succession planning systems; certification testing; training design and development; survey research; educational research; and program evaluation.
OPSRD's client base spans the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, and includes educational and military institutions. We work with a variety of jobsin professional and administrative, law enforcement, and technical occupations.
