Working for a non-profit organization

As a non-profit organization, HumRRO’s highest level goal is to contribute to science and society. This, rather than profit, lies at the core of our mission. HumRRO has a number of initiatives to support this aspect of its charter.

• The Meredith Crawford Fellowship is awarded to a doctoral student in I/O psychology annually.
• HumRRO staff members are encouraged to volunteer their time to professional organizations and other venues that seek to further the development of their respective fields.
• HumRRO supports staff members in their efforts to publish their work so that the results can be available to the widest possible audience.
• As a non-profit, HumRRO is able to use its earnings to support Internal Research & Development projects.
• HumRRO has no products to sell. Therefore we focus on customizing solutions to provide our clients with the maximum benefit possible.
