Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS)

HumRRO offers its services through the General Services Administration MOBIS contract. Work under this contract covers management, organizational and business improvement services (MOBIS) and products to enable government agencies to improve performance, quality, timeliness and efficiency throughout their organizations. The contract vehicle is available to all Federal Agencies, the U.S. Postal Service, and the District of Columbia government. These services facilitate agency response to influences and mandates such as the Government Performance and Results Act; government reinvention initiatives such as improving customer service, benchmarking and streamlining; strategic sourcing; downsizing; and privatization. Examples include:

  • Quality management;
  • Business process reengineering;
  • Strategic and business planning;
  • Benchmarking;
  • Strategic sourcing;
  • Statistical process control
  • Surveys;
  • Individual and organizational assessments and evaluations;
  • Process improvements;
  • Process modeling and simulation;
  • Performance measurement;
  • Organizational design;
  • Change management;
  • Development of leadership/management skills;
  • Training to improve customer service and satisfaction.

HumRRO can provide "Consultation Services" (SIN 874-1) such as expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of agency management, organizational, and business improvement efforts. This could include studies, analyses and reports documenting developmental, consultative or implementation efforts. Examples include:

  • strategic, business or action planning;
  • systems alignment;
  • cycle time;
  • high performance work;
  • leadership systems;
  • performance measures and indicators;
  • process and productivity improvement;
  • organizational assessments,
  • program audits and evaluations.

HumRRO is also able to provide expert consultation, assistance, and deliverables associated with all aspects of "Survey Services" (SIN 784-3) within the context of MOBIS, from design through implementation including follow-on activities. MOBIS officer ease and flexibility in contracting. some of MOBIS’ features include:

  • The ability to place orders directly with HumRRO
  • Fixed price or time and materials task orders
  • Task order range from $300 to $1,000,000
  • Schedule prices that have already been determined fair and reasonable by GSA
