Our values and culture influence how we expect our employees to achieve the mission. From the time HumRRO's final Army sole-source contract ended in 1975, we have always been a relatively small company. Currently there are approximately 130 full-time research and administrative staff. Our size makes it easier to get know one another. Further, with advances in technology, the ability of HumRROvians to collaborate across offices has increased, further promoting a sense of one. We come from many different ethnic/racial and educational backgrounds, which helps us maintain a sense of balance and openness to the ideas of others.
