›› From Standiford Field (Louisville airport)
- Exit the airport complex onto Watterson Expressway (I-264) east and stay in the right lane.
- Almost immediately exit south (right) onto I-65. Stay on I-65 south for about six miles until coming to the Gene Snyder Freeway (Highway 841/I-265).
- Exit west (right) on the Gene Snyder Freeway. Continue about nine miles on the Gene Snyder until the freeway ends at Highway 31W (Dixie Highway).
- Turn left (south) towards Fort Knox. Continue on 31W, passing through the town of Muldraugh and skirting through a portion of Fort Knox. Note the Gold Vault on the left; the next stoplight will mark the beginning of Radcliff. Note: Travelers will be on 31W about 15 miles from the time they get on 31W at the Gene Snyder Freeway before arriving at the HumRRO Radcliff office. Travel through three stoplights.
- Turn right at the fourth light (there is a McDonald's at this intersection); this is West Lincoln Trail Blvd. The HumRRO office is on the right side of the street about a block from the intersection, between Sign of the Dove Church (housed in a former movie theater) and a bookstore. HumRRO is on the second floor; take the exterior stairs. Trip estimated to take about 45 minutes.
›› From Frankfort/Lexington Area
- If coming from Frankfort, take Highway 127 towards the Bluegrass Parkway and turn right toward Elizabethtown. From Lexington, simply take the Bluegrass Parkway towards Elizabethtown.
- Exit north on I-65. Continue north on I-65 until coming to Highway 313.
- Exit on 313 (sign will show way to Radcliff and Fort Knox).
- When coming to Highway 31W (Dixie Highway), turn right. Continue on 31W through three stoplights.
- Turn left at the fourth stoplight (there is a McDonald's at this intersection). This is West Lincoln Trail Blvd. The HumRRO office is at 295 W. Lincoln Trail Blvd. on the right side of the street about a block from the intersection, between Sign of the Dove Church (housed in a former movie theater) and a bookstore. HumRRO is located on the second floor; use the exterior stairs. Trip estimated to take 1 hour and 45 minutes from Lexington.
