Take Metro's Yellow or Blue Line to the Braddock Road Station. Canal Center provides free van service between the station and 66 Canal Center Plaza. TransPotomac Canal Center van operates every 15 minutes during rush hours and every 30 minutes midday and picks up passengers from the Kiss-n-Ride area of the station. (Shuttle not available on Saturdays)

From the north via the George Washington Parkway: (From Washington, DC, and the 14th Street Bridge, take the 2nd right exit, marked National Airport; from the north via the Beltway [I-495], cross the American Legion Bridge. Take the first exit onto the George Washington Parkway.) Go south on the George Washington Parkway past National Airport and the sailing marina. (The parkway becomes N. Washington Street.) Turn left on Madison Street. Go four blocks, turn left on N. Fairfax Street. Go two blocks and turn right on Canal Center Plaza. Go one block over the train tracks and turn right into the parking garage.

From the west via the Capital Beltway in Virginia: Follow the Beltway (I-95/495) to Exit 177B (Old Town Alexandria). Continue 1.3 miles on Rt. 1/Patrick Street. Turn right on Madison Street. Go seven blocks and turn left on N. Fairfax Street. Go two blocks and turn right on Canal Center Plaza. Go one block over the train tracks and turn right into the parking garage.

From Southern Virginia: Follow I-95 toward Baltimore/New Jersey. Take Exit 177B (Old Town Alexandria). Continue 1.3 miles on Rt. 1/Patrick Street. Turn right on Madison Street. Go seven blocks and turn left on N. Fairfax Street. Go two blocks and turn right on Canal Center Plaza. Go one block over the train tracks and turn right into the parking garage.

From the west via I-66: Take Exit 64 to Beltway south then east toward the Woodrow Wilson Bridge (I-95/495). From I-95 take Exit 177B (Old Town Alexandria). Continue 1.3 miles on Rt. 1/Patrick Street. Turn right on Madison Street. Go seven blocks and turn left on N. Fairfax Street. Go two blocks and turn right on Canal Center Plaza. Go one block over the train tracks and turn right into the parking garage.

From Southern/Eastern Maryland: Follow the Beltway (I-95/495) to Alexandria via the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. Take Exit 177B (Old Town Alexandria). Continue 1.3 miles on Rt. 1/Patrick Street. Turn right on Madison Street. Go seven blocks and turn left on N. Fairfax Street. Go two blocks and turn right on Canal Center Plaza. Turn right from Canal Center Plaza into the garage entrance and take a ticket. Go down the ramp, take a left or a right, and park in a parking spot that is not marked reserved. Walk to the orange section of the garage to take the elevator up to the 4th floor of Building 66. Garage parking is $9.00 per day. Free and metered on-street parking is also available.

For security reasons, our building does not open to the public until 8:00 a.m. Please try to arrive after 8:00 a.m.
